We want to involve our clients throughout the whole architectural design process, whatever that may be, we are here. We design extensions, garages, new build properties, loft and barn conversions amongst other things. Your designs are produced by ourselves with the latest software which ensures all areas have been covered with you.
The design meeting can be held in the comfort of your own home and will be with one of our excellent architectural designers. They will go through the project with you and assure the final drawings of your home design are seamless for Planning & Building Regulation applications and of course for you and your new space.
Our architectural team has over 50 years-experience in the architectural design process so you are in safe hands. We operate in Leeds, West Yorkshire and surrounding area’s such as Wakefield, Pontefract, Dewsbury, Wetherby, Tadcaster, Pudsey etc.
What makes us different to our competitors is involvement. We want to have you apart of the process throughout; from meeting with you at your home to discussing the options for a perfect solution, to then drawing up the options based around your needs and ideas as well as a few of our own, from a full survey of your property. Our team have vast experience and knowledge and are always on hand to answer your queries and explain all suggestions.
Extensions are a great way to create more space, whether it is from a single or double storey extension on the rear or side of the property. Single storey rear extensions are ideal to add modern sun-rooms with open plan social areas or enlarge your kitchen or if you need an extra bedroom too then a two storey side or rear extension will give you extra space to both floors. This will improve living arrangements for you and your family.
If you would like an extra bedroom without the need of an extension, then a great and cost-effective way to create the space is with a loft conversion. Loft conversions are generally a wasted area but can be utilised with careful design. We will look at the most efficient way to add the stairs with as little sacrifice as possible in the first floor and design around that, whilst getting the most out of the roof space available.
