CK Architectural Leeds are an enthusiastic, committed, approachable and affordable architectural design company, and we provide a range of architectural services in Leeds, Halifax, Wakefield and the surrounding areas. Our projects range from Residential, Commercial and Educational.
CK Architectural was formed in December 2015 by Chris Lawson. Chris puts his heart and passion in the company, his goal has always been to make sure every client gets a consistent and reliable service even after the fee has been paid. He has created a system that ensures all planning and building regulations drawings go in on time with our professionally prepared plans.
For some of our clients we understand that extending their home can be a huge financial and emotional commitment, that is why we will take the time to carefully listen to your requirements and needs for the project. Once we fully understand your requirements as well as your budget we will work with you to create a design solution that will meet all of your expectations and more.
Our talented team includes Architects, Architectural Technicians, Designers and support staff. The Planning experts will let you know of the likelihood of success or the best way to tackle larger developments and our support team who will keep an eye on all applications and provide regular updates.
Our services don’t just include the regular Planning and Building Regulation Drawings we also have a wide range of additional services that include 3D visualisation, CDM Drawings (Construction, Design & Management) Contract administration, Plumbing and Electrical

Chris formed CK Architectural in 2015 and has put his heart and sole into the business. His passion has always been to make sure every client gets a consistent and reliable service.
Steave Gale
Architectural Designer / Architect
Qualified architect with 20 years experience in the construction industry. He has extensive project experience in commercial, residental, retail, industrial, pharmaceutical and domestic projects.
Scott Smith
Senior Architectural Designer
Scott Smith has recently joined the CKA team as one of our Senior Designers. He is known for his innovative designs combined with his practical knowledge of all things construction.
Katie Medd
Office Manager
Katie joined our team as a part time administrator and has been with the business over the years as its grown. She is now a full-time office Manager.
Liam O Brien
Architectural Designer
Liam joined the CKA team in 2017 as an architectural designer. With over 10 years’ experience in the Architectural industry Liam has been an integral part of our growing business.

Sales Administrator
Donna recently joined the CKA team and with over 20 years’ experience in Sales Administration and Customer Service Donna is a great asset to our team.

Jasmine joined our team on work placement for 1 day a week and after completing her college course we offered her a full-time position due to her dedication and enthusiasm towards her job role.
