PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project involved the demolition of an outdated bungalow situated on a generous plot with significant development potential. Recognising the opportunity to create something truly exceptional, the client engaged CK Architectural to help unlock the site’s full value and transform their vision into reality.
The project team was led by Principal Architect Stephen Gale, supported by Architectural Designer Josh Daniel.
The brief was clear: maximise the potential of the plot, to deliver outstanding visual impact, create a true Grand Designs-style home, achieve substantial value uplift, and incorporate industry-leading energy-efficient design principles.
