We will arrange a site visit with one of our design technicians to assess the property’s conditions, take measurements, photos, and record relevant details while discussing the project brief with you.

We’ll integrate your design into our planning drawing template, with all the requisite details for the local authority to assess, including floors, elevations, site plan, and location map. We’ll submit the application and serve as your representative throughout the process.

- Validaiton
Once reviewed, your local authority will validate the application, appoint a planning officer, and provide a date for the decision.

- Light Technical
We’ll initiate the primary technical design to examine the building method, structure, and other related factors.

We’ll provide a fully itemized build estimate, including material and labor take-offs.
